Hiya Bruce,

I do Aussie 'Nam at the minute but i have started researching FFL Para to portray the siege of Dien Bien Phu. (As my WW2 impression is a French Foreign Legion 13 DBLE). Hope to chat soon.

Shaun

I'm currently finishing off my 6e BCP impression, there's quite a few of us interested in this area especially Tu Le and Bien Dien Phu, with the possibility of a group forming soon.

What areas are you interested in Bruce?

Cheers
Danny

Hi all,
Anyone interested in forming a 'Battalion de Marche' for the Indochina period? These were ad hoc units created from the remnants of various detachments. I thought it would be a good way of allowing all those interested in the various BCCPs, BEPs, BPVN, etc, to get together. Everyone can follow their own impression and we get to be part of a bigger group. I was thinking of the period 1950-53, just before the Dien Bien Phu drop, but equally there isn't any reason to restrict the time period. So if you want to be in a mix of survetement 42/US hbt camo (my personal preference) that's fine, or if you prefer the lizard pattern, no problem either! What do you think? PM me if you're interested :) .

Now I know your all of at Belters - but I'll ask anyway :?

How good / bad do you think the Panzerfaust TAP 47/51 is ?

Also How good / Bad is or rather was - the TAP 47/51 and 47/52 from WPG ?

And is there anywhere else that does any of these ?

Also is there a Descent referance book on the Kit used in Indo-China ? I cant find one :(
